Mailbox Posts

A granite mailbox post is an inexpensive addition to your yard and will turn heads of people driving by. Mailbox posts are generally 7 inches wide by 7 feet in length. Two feet of granite is below ground level for stability. Posts generally have two thermal sides and two split face sides. We can sandblast your family name or house number into the mailbox post if you would like. The mailbox is attached via a wrought iron bracket which is included in the cost of the mailbox post. You can either use your existing mailbox or purchase one from Star Granite Company and we will install the mailbox when the mailbox post is installed.

Hitching Posts

In the old days, a hitching post was used to 'park' a horse while visitors came to a home. Hitching posts are generally 6 inches wide by 5 feet in length. Two feet of granite is below ground level for stability. Posts generally have two sawn sides and two rock pitch sides. Wrought iron hardware is included on one side of the post. Add this classic touch to your driveway, walkway, or barn entrance. This item can be especially useful if you ride or keep horses.

Lamp Posts

Granite lamp posts can save the yearly maintenance of wire brushing and painting your current steel post. Granite posts will last forever and require no maintenance. Our lamp posts are 6 or 7 inches wide and can come in any length you specify. We recommend at least two feet of granite below ground for stability. Our lamp posts posts come with a core drilled through the center for wiring. Although we do not supply or install the lamp hardware, we will install a flange for the lamp hardware and run the wire to the flange during lamp post installation.

Fence Posts

Granite fence posts are a great way to delineate your property line or just to draw guests to your driveway with granite state charm. Fence posts are generally 6 inches wide by 7 feet in length. At least two feet of granite is below ground level for stability. Stainless steel chain is the most popular material to join the fence posts, however, wooden planks can also be used between posts. Both chain and posts are included in our estimate for fence posts. Give us a call and we can help determine the number of posts and spacing required for your application.

Granite Steps

Greet your guests with the solid footing of granite steps. Granite steps are maintenance free and are impervious to rock salt and sand. Select the color and size of your granite steps and we will provide to you the most cost effective solution. A key element to granite steps is the finish. We recommend a thermal finish which provides the most traction of any normal finish. We can assist you in designing steps with the proper depth and height for your application. We also provide granite treads for indoor or outdoor use.

Granite Benches

Add a granite bench to your flower garden for comfortable seating while you enjoy the colors and smells. We offer several different bench shapes and can sandblast your family name on the face or a simple chess board on top. Our price estimate includes bench top and two legs.
